This beautiful ring is set with five pricey 4mm round lab created alexandrite gemstones. The stones are a blend of blue/purple and green, color shifting in different light. Lab alexandrites are just like natural alexandrites (chrysoberyl) but were made in a lab. Total carat weight: 1.5 carats.
Alexandrite is one of June's birthstones
This setting was made using deox sterling silver, a special sterling that uses alloys which are more tarnish resistant. Please note that more humid climates may cause any sterling to tarnish more quickly.

I actually got this ring weeks ago - the shipping was very fast! I bought this as a present to cheer myself up after my gallbladder decided to kick the bucket and needed to be removed recently. The color change on the stones are very nice and well-defined, and the sparkle is crazy in sunlight! I love the teals, greens, blues, and purples that come out in different lighting. Even an accident with smashing my hand against the stair railing causing a small scratch on one of the stones doesn't dull its shine whatsoever! Fantastic as always!
