This beautiful pendant features a lab created blue sapphire stone. It is set in a sterling silver basket setting. The stones are faceted in a mixed brilliant cut like many high end natural sapphires. Lab sapphires are just like natural sapphires (corundum) but were made in a lab.
The pendant comes with a fine silver plated solid sterling silver chain made in Italy.
