This is a three stone ring set with a high quality precision faceted mixed brilliant cut lab created deep red ruby (pigeon blood color) pear and two round brilliant cubic zirconias. The stones are set in solid sterling silver.
Stone sizes:
10x7mm: 2 carats
12x8mm: 4 carats
3.5mm round czs: 032 carats total
Regarding the rubies I use: I only use lab created rubies (corundum made in a lab). I never use simulated rubies, ie, any material that is not corundum.
The sterling setting was made using deox sterling silver, a special sterling that uses alloys which are more tarnish resistant. Please note that more humid climates may cause any sterling to tarnish more quickly.
PLEASE NOTE: This ring will not sit flush with a straight wedding band. A curved band works well with the ring.
Band measures about 3mm near the side stones and tapers down to about 2mm in back.
This ring also comes in 10k or 14k yellow or non-plated white gold and 14k rose gold. Please contact me for pricing.
