I won't be buying from Shannon anymore, even though her items are beautiful and I only had quality issues with 2/8 items. She didn't specify to use USPS shipping in her shop policies and thus refused to refund the full return shipping costs on those 2 defective items. She wound up refunding about $3 short of the full return shipping cost. I am genuinely puzzled at her reaction, which has lost her a customer over a $21.88 return shipping fee. I've kept about $600 worth of merchandise from her, purchased in a month, and would have kept coming back. She said she would revise her shop policies, so hopefully this won't happen to someone else.

Earrings are gorgeous, but I feel upset every time I look at them because of how the seller poorly handled a return shipping issue. Her shop policies didn't specify to use USPS for return shipping, so she balked at paying the return shipping for 2 defective items. She refunded the shipping on an item I kept, which was nice but not necessary, and only partially refunded the defective items' return shipping cost because she preferred USPS. If her policies had specified to use USPS, I would have used them. She said she felt she had been very fair in offering me discounts, but those discounts are the shop 10% discount and the Shannon VIP discount that is available to anyone who purchases 2 items, so it isn't as though she offered me exclusive discounts not available to any other buyer.
My experience with Shannon was really awesome until it wasn't. I purchased roughly $900 (incl. tax) of items from her within the past month & returned two defective items (one ring had a slightly sharp band, which was uncomfortable to wear [four other rings I purchased from her did not have this problem, so I assumed it was a problem on the part of her supplier], & the other ring had a stone set crookedly) totaling roughly $300 (incl. tax). Her shop policies did not specify that she prefers USPS for return shipping, so she was unwilling to refund the full cost of return shipping and ultimately didn't refund the full cost. If I had known she preferred USPS, I would have used them. I don't appreciate being treated as dishonest when her own shop policies don't specify to use USPS. She said she will update her shop policies.

Speechless. I scoured Etsy for days to find a quality seller/ring that wouldn’t break the bank and the reviews were awesome with Shannon, so I went ahead and ordered this and I can’t believe this is NOT a diamond, the tint really does make it appear so realistic, my mother’s $10,000 silver anniversary ring did not compare...the baking makes this catch colors so beautifully, the sparkle is out of this world, and it doesn’t snag!!! The prongs are seamless into the stone and I love this. I love the band, it’s not thin but not thick! My coworkers immediately noticed my new bling and I’ve referred Shannon’s shop to them!!! I am already eyeing another ring! Highly recommend this! Thank you for making such quality and stunning pieces <3

The sparkle in this stone is difficult to describe! The material from which the stone was cut is tinted very light yellow so that it isn't a stark white as most CZs are. The stone is very evenly set and the ring is just breathtaking. It looks completely real. Another stunner from the amazing Shannon!

This isn't just the most realistic-looking CZ I've ever come across, this CZ truly looks like the real deal. It is lightly tinted yellow before it is cut, so it isn't the glaring white that we normally associate with CZs. This stone got the same cutting treatment as a diamond would have gotten, so it is not only warmly toned, it sparkles just like a real asscher-cut diamond would. The double prongs are all neatly set, and the sterling silver has a stunning almost white sheen because it isn't rhodium-plated. I actually had someone grab my hand and gasp when she first saw my ring. She was ready to believe that somehow, some way, my husband paid over $100,000 for this ring! (Seriously, check the prices at Blue Nile. Eeek.) Shannon's jewelry really is just that amazing, and the lady herself is a joy to work with. I love her shop!!
This ring is well made and looks incredible! I have a diamond of around the same size and color so I was able to compare side by side. I must say if I didn't know which one the original ring was, I would have a really hard time being able to tell! Thank you for a great product!

I’ve had my real round diamond for 37 years, but lately I’ve been drawn to Asscher and emerald cuts, with their Art Deco look. There’s no way I could afford to spend my pension on a real 3-carat Asscher, but I can get the same beauty and sparkle with this lovely stone for a fraction of the cost. This one is a size 6.5, set in a soft, pretty 14k rose gold. Thank you, Shannon.
Shannon has lost a good customer over her poor handling of a return shipping issue. I returned 2 defective items using a local shipping service & selected the cheapest option they had. She said it was unfair of me to expect her to refund such high shipping ($21.88, insured) and that I should have used USPS. Her shop policies did not state that return shipping should be done via USPS. She ultimately did not refund the full return shipping cost, even when taking into account her refunding of shipping for an item I kept (which I did not ask her to do). It is the seller's responsibility to let buyers know what is expected of them. It is categorically unfair to expect buyers to be mind readers and then berate them when they don't read your mind. I do not appreciate being made to feel dishonest when I acted in good faith.
